Biosolar is looking for a CEO!

Our vision at Biosolar is to own the entire value chain of solar power production. We believe that by constructing power plants for ourselves, we can maximize the return on investment for technological innovations.

Currently, we have a team of 6 members, brand-new office space in Etu-Töölö - albeit in the basement - and funding for project and product development.

Naturally, we expect excellent performance in sales, finance, renewable energy, electrical engineering, and the assembly of Ikea furniture from you - but most importantly, you should be a fantastic person with whom we want to share our common adventure.

Would you be interested in the following job description:
- Act as the right hand to the company's founder,
- Take responsibility for implementing the company's strategy with the leadership team,
- Oversee the development of the operational management system for the company,
- Manage the financial status of the company and contribute to the preparation of financial materials,
- Participate in building international procurement chains with our Chief Technology Officer,
- Do everything in your power to make Biosolar the most beautiful success story in Finland's renewable energy sector.

We expect the candidate to have:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in achieving challenging goals
- Readiness to start before the snow melts
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Finnish and English
- Willingness to travel
