The Sales / Purchasing Negotiator is responsible for conducting preliminary investigations for projects and contacting landowners. The role involves searching and analyzing new areas for upcoming projects, preparing materials, and communicating with landowners.

 

You will work as part of the Project Development Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contacting landowners through phone calls, emails, and meetings.

• Background work and information gathering for projects.

• Analyzing information and preparing calculations.
